Hygienic Wet Wipes

RENASAN manufactures individually wrapped hygienic wet wipes for restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering and corporate hospitality. Each sealed sachet contains one wipe and is opened for a single use. This category covers individually packed wipes rather than resealable multi-wipe packs.

Sachet Size and Unfolded Wipe Size Are Different

The 6 × 8, 6 × 10, 7 × 10 and 7 × 12.5 cm measurements refer to the outside sachet. Existing product specifications list an unfolded inner wipe size of 20 × 13 cm. A larger sachet does not, by itself, mean a larger wipe.

Custom Logo Printing and Materials

Packaging options include coated, triplex and metallised paper. Inner wipe options include spunlace, filter paper and nonwoven fabric. Printing is planned around your logo and approved artwork. Existing specifications list up to three-colour flexographic printing; image-printing requirements are reviewed separately.

Packaging, wipe material and fragrance should be confirmed together. The product tables describe water-based liquid options prepared with deionised water. The selected formulation and fragrance are confirmed before ordering.

Information Needed for a Wholesale Quotation

1. Outer sachet size and inner wipe material.
2. Logo file, artwork and print colours.
3. Fragrance preference, total quantity and delivery destination.
4. Required delivery date and repeat-order needs.

Existing specifications list 2,000 individually wrapped sachets per carton. This is the carton quantity, not a stated minimum order. Minimum quantities, lead time and pricing are confirmed according to the product and printing requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these multi-wipe packs?

No. Each wipe is sealed in its own individual sachet. Carton quantities refer to the total number of separate sachets.

Can we use our own logo?

Yes. Corporate logo and custom print requirements can be reviewed. Sachet dimensions and print artwork are agreed before production.

How should we compare sizes?

Compare the outer sachet dimensions, unfolded inner wipe dimensions and material separately. Consider your distribution method and how the artwork fits the sachet.
